Goals / Objectives:
The objective is for students to use analytical thought and creative process to assemble twenty 5"x5" (20.7 x 20.7 cm) black squares in a very fun and interesting photograph.
Materials Needed:
Twenty 5"x5" (20.7 x 20.7 cm) black squares per student from color Construction Paper
Lesson Description:
Students are each given 20 black squares and are told to use them as a prop in a series of digital images. Students will narrow down their images to one or two good ones to submit for a grade. The end result should be fun and creative.
Extension:
Student manipulate photographs using Adobe Photoshop.
Assessment Requirements are:
Use all 20 squares
I must see 20 squares in the photo.
Shoot this only during our class time.
Use good photography composition and lighting.
